Every format
is taught life.
By me, online or in person, in English or French. No pre-recorded courses: we work on real material, your collection, your cohort, your market.
Fees are quoted after a first call, once format, length and group size are clear.

Paris
Paris as a classroom. We walk the luxury districts, visit showrooms, museums and exhibitions, then sit down to work: what does this change for each participant’s own brand?
– Retail tours on Faubourg Saint-Honoré and Place Vendôme
– Showrooms, museums and current exhibitions
– A working session after each visit
– A brief before arrival, a debrief before departure
I design and lead the learning programme. Flights, hotels and transfers are arranged by your institution or its travel partner.
A written proposal follows the first call.
On the business of fashion and luxury, the codes of French luxury, and brand building for creative entrepreneurs. In English or French.
Thirty minutes to understand your participants, your goals and your calendar.
Content, format, schedule, deliverables and fees, in one document.
Online or on site, in English or French, on your participants’ own work.
What participants produced, and what I recommend next.
Who do you work with?
Two groups. Fashion and design creatives and founders of young brands, from graduation to their first collections on the market. And the institutions that train and support them: design and business schools, incubators, accelerators, and cultural or economic development programmes.
What do participants leave with?
A concrete piece of work, not a page of notes. Depending on the format: a positioning statement, a brand archetype profile, a customer journey map, a business model canvas, or a written action plan. Your team receives a closing summary.
Can you deliver a programme remotely?
Yes. Sessions are live on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, whichever your institution uses. Worksheets are sent before each session, and participants work on their own material during it. Paris is only one to three hours behind the Gulf, so sessions fit a normal working day on both sides. Recordings can be shared with participants if your institution wishes.
In which languages do you teach?
English and French, both at a professional level. My Arabic is conversational: enough to welcome participants and talk informally, not to teach a full session.
Can you organise an educational trip to Paris for our students?
I design and lead the learning programme in Paris: retail tours, showrooms, museums, exhibitions and working sessions, with a brief before arrival and a debrief before departure. Flights, hotels and transfers are booked by your institution or its travel partner, and I align the schedule with them.
Do you travel to the Gulf?
Yes. I’m based in Paris and travel for workshops, masterclasses, talks and programme launches. Travel costs are listed in the proposal.
Can the content be adapted to our programme?
It always is. Each programme starts from your cohort: their level, their sector, and what your institution needs to see at the end. Case studies are chosen for the markets your participants are building for.
Do you work with women-only cohorts?
Yes. I’m president of Club Fâme, a women’s association I co-founded, and I take part in initiatives for women entrepreneurs. Women-only and mixed cohorts are equally welcome.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes. La Méthode Forgée is a registered training organisation in France, and each participant receives a certificate of completion.
How are fees set?
After a first call. Each proposal is priced according to format, length, group size and location, and sets out content, schedule and deliverables. Quotes and invoices are issued in euros by La Méthode Forgée.
Is what participants share kept confidential?
Yes. Collections, business plans and anything shared during sessions stay between us. I’m happy to sign your institution’s confidentiality agreement.
Can you speak at our conference or moderate a panel?
Yes, in English or French, on the business of fashion and luxury, the codes of French luxury, and brand building for creative entrepreneurs.
How do we start?
Book a 30-minute call, or write to contact@methodeforgee.com with a few lines about your cohort or your project. A written proposal follows the call.
