From learning to
launching.
A step-by-step method for fashion and luxury creatives, and for the schools and programmes that train them. Brand, positioning, pricing and the codes of French luxury: the part of the job design school rarely covers.
Live sessions, in English or French. Online or in Paris.

For designers
You know how to design. Pricing a range, choosing where to sell, explaining your work to a buyer: nobody taught you that part.
For young brands
A competition, a showcase, a first article. The attention arrives before the structure does. This is where young brands grow, or quietly disappear.
For institutions
You run a school, an incubator or a talent programme. You want your participants to leave able to price, pitch and sell their work.
La Méthode Forgée is a step-by-step method built on twenty years in branding and communication. It covers what design school rarely does: positioning, pricing, brand, and the codes of French luxury.
I don’t teach luxury from slides. We go into Paris: the ateliers, the showrooms, the museums, the windows of Faubourg Saint-Honoré and Place Vendôme. Then we come back to your work. What does this tell you about your price, your collection, your client?
Every session is live. Online or in person, you work with me, on your own material.
Savoir-faire
Your craft. Structured, priced and explained, so others can see its value.
Savoir-être
Your presence. How you speak about your work, to a buyer, a jury or the press.
Savoir-vivre
The codes. The unwritten rules of how French luxury receives, presents and sells.
An honest inventory of what you know, what you make and what you want, before any advice.
What sets your work apart, in words a buyer, a jury or an investor understands.
Collection, offer, price, channels. A brand whose parts hold together.
Go to market with a plan you can follow, and the codes to read every room you enter.
Four weeks or more, on your collection, your pricing and your launch.
Workshops, masterclasses, cohort mentoring and field sessions in Paris. Online or on site.
